It is so quiet, has beautiful stitches and so many great features and accessories. And Juki Junkies customer service is amazing. I ordered in the evening, and it shipped the next day. Very quick response to my emails and I also received a call to confirm mailing address. So glad I bought my machine from Juki Junkies!
